The latches say Delmar Toronto on them. The crank bracketk says Truth on it and has the number 21550 on it.

I have the same 39-014 ROW operator and I need a replacement part. Not sure what it's called. This bar extends up the side of the window case and lathes the window closed. It has has a broken plastic connector at the bottom. Where can I get on of these bars?

Don't know the part number of the operator just know that it is from the brand Truth Hardware. It has a 2 part single arm with the other part connected below the main part with an incline. Gears stripped in window crank operator. Awning type window. Crank on right side.

The Silverline casement window operator (2002?) recently broke/stripped and I am unable to open or close the window on the right. Attached is photo of the opposite side. Problem is upper linkage arm that secures window to frame. The "double hole buffer" washer broke (picture attached) fell to floor. Window came untered from frame and now unsecured at top.Got it closed locked and secure. Need replcement hardware.
