I'm trying to identify the correct replacement operator for an older casement window. The existing operator is stamped TRUTH 40065.The arm measures approximately 9-1/2 inches center-to-center, from the operator pivot to the center of the roller at the end of the arm. I have an older k/k window, center casement operator, the crank backed out on itself, the window won't close. I believe this is a known problem, and the entire operator needs replacement. the casement is about 5" wide.

The window will fully open but will not close the last approximately 1 inch. The handle rotates attempting to fully close but doesn't work. I also don't see how the operator is removed. This is a Pozzi casement window.

I am looking for guidance on what part I would need to purchase to replace the window crank inside and the arm that comes out of the crank.

The drive shaft is missing, that is the issue. Can I get just that? The short arm is about 3.75 inches. The short arm operates independent of the long arm. Short arm says 20755. Long arm says 30470 L.H.

Looking for replacement Weather Shield left handing operator, 13-1/2" arm, sill mount, handle has no screw to enable removal. 42 & LH stamped into rear of housing. Operator body is 5/8" thick. 3" & 1-5/8" center to center on mounting screws. Thank you!

Hi I need a replacement for this mechanism. The black plastic part at the bottom of the window, that rides in the slide, is broken and a couple of the pivot point clips fall off easily. Please recommend parts to buy. I have left and a right hand.
