I need help to identify what part I need to replace my single arm crank operator. It is a truth arm but i cannot see any part stamp on this piece. There are part numbers on the hinges. The window manufacturer is Windsor and what looks like the date on the window is 1998. The crank length is 13-1/2" ... (cont.)

The window won't open, when we turn the crank it slips.

I found a part number on the left side on the what I call a stopper so that the window can only go so far. Part number is 630793 AMS Truth. This was on the left. I have a casement window with truth parts, probably 30+ years old. Original to the window. The window cranks open but the crank doesn't work at closing.
