Hi, we'd like to be able to replace this part that broke. 30658 is labeled on the chain. We may need to replace the entire skylight operator. Thank you for your assistance.

Do you have a replacement handle and extension that will fit this window crank assembly? The current handle sits too close to the granite. Thanks

We have these awning windows 58" X 34", interior wood (pine) exterior metal clad in a home built in 1999. The manufacturer is unknown to us. We may need new round knob crank hardware as well as screens and gaskets. Can you identify the product? I found no glazing stamp to go by.

This knob goes on my 2004 Artic Fox trailer. My stem length is 1.395 . The one you have pictured is 13/16". Do you have the longer stem length. Your knob pictured will not clear the window frame.Thanks,Gary

When we remodeled our kitchen, we were unable to install the normal crank handle for our Milguard window. Hello.. Please verify if this window crank is a 39-188? the Arm measures 5" and the mounting spread is 5" but looks like the inner part is more like 3" ?

Looking for a flat not T handle that is round or square so my binds don't get caught in them. The T shaped handles are too difficult to use on this large window.
