I need to replace several Anderson window crank assemblies. The part number is 7177-31 R H

It has been difficult to crank open and close without helping the window by pushing or pulling. Attached find pictures of the crank assembly parts for your identification purposes.

The picture is of the corroded arm on an Anderson casement window. I don't know the age. We live on the coast so that may be the reason for the corrosion. I have not taken the part off as I wanted to check first to see if it is feasible to replace these parts. If it is possible to replace I will ... (cont.)

The serial or ID# in the back of the crank is 7198-17. Screws have rotted as well as the crank.

Looking to replace broken hardware

I could not find any label on the window. Andersen is stamped on the crank arm but no serial number. There was a stamp on the side of the window 12 84. I think these were put in during the late 70's early 80's. Can you assist in identifying what Andersen Operator Set I should order? ... (cont.)
