I have a large window with 6 smaller windows framing it, 3 on each side. The six smaller windows are all awning type windows. The worm gear that gets turned by the handle has popped out of the casing, which I understand requires replacement of the whole operator. Can I buy the crank part I can manage to crank window out but when I crank it closed the part unscrews and it falls apart!

Inside the crank handle was the number II 45054 The cover is 5" wide by about 1" tall. when closed the arms are a total of about 24" wide (as they sit inside the sill when closed)
