Hello, I'm pretty sure I have narrowed it down but not exactly sure which of the two I should order... 39-171 or 39-315 Thank you!

Can't find a company to purchase complete assembly for my windows. The cranks have model number 30905. The tracks we ordered from another company seem to be correct. Id much rather purchase everything from one company correctly. Please help.

I would like help identifying this hardware to replace with a different color.

Our handyman thinks these are made by Weathershield, out of Medford, WIAs pictured, likely "Crank 1" and "Crank 3" are likely the same.Hopefully we can order these 3 window cranks from you guys!Thanks,Sheldon

Aloha! My windows are only about 10 years old but the humidity has missed the mechanisms. The crank is ok, the hinge is ok but what appears to be rusting out is the mechanism that connects the crank to the hinge. I watched your video on how to take it apart, but there doesn't seem to be an obvious ... (cont.)

Window crank handle retaining clip is broken I tried pulling it out with some needle nose to no avail there's a number on the hinge the number is 30905 and it has the truth insignia

The handle broke off from The opener, and the hardware snapped off. I have two identical windows and one of the photos (with the thumbs up) shows the hardware intact. I'm looking for the replacement hardware.
