casement operator
I have an operator that looks similar to one of the pairs I see on Swisco.com. Except, my operator is actually attached to the bracket on the sash. What do you have to replace it with? I need two lefts and two rights.

Dailey window operator
This assembly is from a Dailey window from 2008. It made by Truth andhas a double swing arm. The long arm from the window attachment point to the handle is 5". The 2 remaining arms are 4". I hopes this helps. Based on the dimensions I saw on the 39-316, The 5" arm on mine is 4", the 3 1/8 is good ... (cont.)

Hi there I need to replace all of the parts for this bow window. I do not know the window manufacturer. The window lock has no part number on it. the 39-172 but with a different sized arm
the end arm is 4 1/2 inch long the 39-172 is 5 inch long. will I have to the anchor on the sash 1/2 inch in?.

Truth dyad operator with 4" swing arm
I ordered hardware for crank window 39-172 and 39-171. All the size dimensions are the perfect size, but the swing arm is 5" and i need 4". With that being said the window wont close all the way now. I just bought 10 39-172 operators. I assumed that they would come with gaskets, as the original windows have gaskets on them. How do I get replacement gaskets for these operators?
