I'm looking for window operators for Weather-shield windows, hardware is Truth and I've got pics of numbers. I've also included a pic with dimensions, let me know if you need more info.

the end arm is 4 1/2 inch long the 39-172 is 5 inch long. will I have to the anchor on the sash 1/2 inch in?.

I am trying to find a replacement operator. 39-172 is the closest I can find, but the top arm of mine measures 4 1/2 inches. Do you have one like that?

I ordered hardware for crank window 39-172 and 39-171. All the size dimensions are the perfect size, but the swing arm is 5" and i need 4". With that being said the window wont close all the way now. So i looked on your website to find the correct dimensions and i can not find 4". The old hardware i ... (cont.)

I just bought 10 39-172 operators. I assumed that they would come with gaskets, as the original windows have gaskets on them. How do I get replacement gaskets for these operators?

I am looking for a right hand split arm operator for vinyl casement Window installed in the early 1990s. Please see attached photos of the part installed.

Looking for a replacement for this operator for a 22" casement window. The baseplate has 3 screws aligned DIAGONALLY on each side of the arm. I have a split arm operator(right hand) made by truth with the cast numbers of 45251 as well. I am having a hard time finding a replacement. Please help!

I can't get the crank to detach. Dont have a tool to get underneath seems to be 2 scews under the bottom of the part that the handle gets attached to. There isn't enough space because of the window sill. Is there a special tool that I have to get that would fit underneath.
