i have a casement operator left hand that has a 5 3/4 inch arm total with arm holes of 5 1/4 inch do u have these in white

Crank doesn't work

No idea what brand window is. It was installed in 95. If I stick my finger in the hole, I can crank it out but not back. I can get a wondow guy to put it on if I can get the right mechanism. I'm totally clueless.

Casement Operator

The arm which connects to the stud on the window is longer than the current broken part. Everything else is exactly the same. Is there another part or do I need to install the new stud bracket somehow?
