I have a harvey casement window crank that is slipping. The arem in 5" but I am unsure if the arm from the crank to the 5"arm will work.

Hello I am looking for a casment operator replacement for a window. It looks similar part #39-187 the Sash dyad Crank 5. The screw holes are at 5" separation but the arm on my unit is only 4.5" as noted in the picture. Will part# 39-187 still work? Any advice is appreciated.

Operator rusted and stripped

Appears gearing is stripped from overuse on bother my left and right swing window

The first three photos are the right window; the next two photos are the left. I believe this is a Swisco hinge and brackets, but the only identifying marks I see are "30818" on the hinges and "PRY TO REMOVE SASH" on the top tracks. Please let me know. Bought a Window Dyad Crank #39-090 from you. The metal pieces measure 5" and 3". The one I bought is 5" and 5". Didn't realize the difference. Just thought 5" was the one. I don't see another part with those measurements. Can you help identify the correct part so I can switch it? ... (cont.)

Hi I order 8 39-187 white Sash Dyad Crank 5” and 8 39-188 Sash Dyad Crank 5” on Sept 24, 2024. The handyman never came to install them I tried myself. What I discover is 1st the outer most bracket seems to be a 1/2 inch too long. Also I noticed that the Swisscom product I order comes out ... (cont.)

Looking for replacement crank operator and casement window hinge. I think the crank operator is product code 39-187. Have no clue on the hinge.Windows were manufactured by lockheed window corporation
