Hi! Wondering what we have here regarding our casement windows. Recently was on vacation and saw the folding operator handle cover. Would like to upgrade to folding handle cover and I'm not sure what all I would need to replace and with what. We have 4 pairs of windows I would want to update to fold ... (cont.)

1. Both are left windows, 30842R on arm, 20810 on arm extender, 40372 on base, 30830 on gear holder, 45012 on handle. 2. 2 left windows, 1 right. 30744 on arm bottom, 20544 on arm extender, 30710 on gear holder, handles same as other 45012. Thank you!

Hi. My customer has a quite old bay window in good shape. The casement flanker hardware is tired. The right side does not operate. Hello, I am in need of the missing crank and plastic cover (that are circled in the first picture). The window that it's missing on is in the second picture. I borrowed the crank I have on the other window and it works fine- it's just missing, as is the cover. I also included the only sticker/mar ... (cont.)

Long arm measures 12" and short one is 8". The base on the sill is 4" and the track on the window is 14".It's for the left side.

When closing the piece that holds the rotating post will not hot it in place because it is stripped.

I have a Marvin casement window w/ 40574 stamped and the arm is approx 8-3/4" long (from center of nylon bushing to center screw hole aligned with the crank). From center of nylon bushing to end of crank is roughly 11-1/2" See photos for more info. Can you pls tell me part # and/or link to Swisco. ... (cont.)

Can these cranks be replaced? If so, what is the best way to order a new crank for this window?

2 arms, the top one is 12 inches and other is 5 8nches Kind of hard to see but I put tape measure on arms

I am not able to open the window on the left side as the crank is slipping and just spins.
