Hello: My operator seems identical to the 39-035 except it doesn't have a hinged arm. My arm is about 8" long tip to pivot point on the gear. Questions: 1. Shown in the pictures is a left arm, I actually need the right. Not sure of the brand. The arm is approximately 9" long. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I'm looking for replacement crank operator mechanisms for several BiltBest windows. Items 39-216 and 39-217 look similar. How can I verify that they are the correct replacement parts? Thanks & Regards, -Bill
