I'm trying to identify the parts needed to replace the opening mechanisms fore these windows. Some will need need replacement of the tracks under the window (where the opening arm/wheel fits into), but I do not have a picture of the track.

Left-hand operator 39-031 looks like a fit except for the length of the short arm. Yours is 4 7/16" and the one I need to replace is 2 7/8". If I were to also get a corner bracket (clip stud) 39-510, the stud looks like it is at the end. Would that possibly work?

I have two (2) non-functioning Truth Window Operators. One right and one Left. I'd like to find replacement operators for these windows. They will open the windows, but both cranks back out of the stem instead of closing the window. Can you tell me what replacement model I would need? ... (cont.)

I need to replace this right hand closure mechanism. It has apart number 40372 with 3 arms( part #s 20810, 30842R, and 30472 RH) with the bracket that attaches to the window (part # 20545).I also will need (2) 38-079 latch keepers and (2) 39-107 covers. Thank youMike

My question is, if the short arm is in fact 5 1/4" in length, will the 39-031 work? If so, I would just order it and take off the old one and put on the new one at the same time.

I am looking for this part. Your suggested replacement part is 39-031, but that part has a nylon wheel and mine has a metal disk. I believe the nylon wheel on your part, will not fit my track.
