also, the plastic roller on the outermost location of the outside part comes out of the thing it rolls in, so we have to go outside and put it back in; the window is still good, but the whole crank mechanism seems like it could be replaced also can't figure out how to get the crank to stay in its h ... Hi there, My client's window crank is not opening all of the way, and it appears to be the roller is dropping into the removal area halfway through the crank. I'm guessing a new hardware kit for this casement window will fix it. Can you help identify which hardware set I need? thanks, Caleb ... (cont.)

I measured, the best I could, the long arm being 8 3/4" the short arm at approximately 4"

1. Both are left windows, 30842R on arm, 20810 on arm extender, 40372 on base, 30830 on gear holder, 45012 on handle. 2. 2 left windows, 1 right. 30744 on arm bottom, 20544 on arm extender, 30710 on gear holder, handles same as other 45012. Thank you!

Looking to replace the crank and window latches. It says "truth hardware." My guess is this is 15 year old window. No other markings. We have Andersen E series windows everywhere else. See if there is any option in more of an antique bronze color.

Need left hand (viewed from outside) sash hinges - pretty sure these are 10" 2-bar but want to verify. they say Truth EntryGard on them. Your P/N 36-048? I want to replace both upper and lower. Looking for advice on my casement window. I have several window that open easily but cannot be closed, especially the last inches of two before they close and are latched.

I have a bay casement window in my kitchen and the crank mechanisms are done on both sides so I am looking to replace. It appears that product 39-155 (and 156) are the mechanisms I need. Do you agree based on the photos I sent?
