Hello, I have a client and some of her large casement windows are not closing properly and we have diagnoesed it to the hardware. it seems as if the hinges at the top are pulling from the window and lettign it sag enough where the hinges at teh bottom hit the window frame at the bottom and wont let ... I have casement windows in my house and one of them is missing a portion of the lower hinge assembly, including the 10 inch long metal plate that screws to the windowsill, the mechanism that connects the bottom corner of the window that is supposed to pivot to that bar, and the arm that attaches to ... Cranks open ok, closing window cranks arm out of socket

Need a new left handed and right handed operator. It about 9" long.

I have a wooden casement window with missing parts. The bracket that mounts on the window is gone, the crank handle and xover are gone. I'd like to purchase the entire set up, bracket., crank, handle and new cover. In a taupe color. My number is 562.244.7005. Ty Al Mak

The hardware was installed in the '80s. The only identifying part I can find is intrigue guard truth.

HI, We have these wooden casement windows in our Sanctuary. Can you identify the operator from this picture? I believe it's a 9.5" arm. we want the whole operator. Handle to open and close the window broke. Has the numbers 20810 and 30841L. Also says Entrygard and Truth. Not sure what the replacement would be. Could I get the correct number for a replacement part.

The current Truth Entrygard operator parts (I believe they are dual arm operator parts) for the window are the following: L30841, 20810, 30767 Looking at the window from inside the house, the window opens to the right, so the dual arm operators are left hand operators.

How can I can a replacement for that part?

Hi--I think these windows date to the late 1980s. It's a single arm operator on a casement window. I would like to replace the entire operator, not just the handle. I think this is a right hand operator? But hopefully you can confirm what I need from the photos. Thanks very much. ... (cont.)

The window opens but won't close

Gears won't shut window any longer. They engage when opening the window, but cannot engage when closing. Serial number to Truth Arm included in photos.

See numbers in picture. We can't latch windows when they stop cranking in. Can you help us?

Hello we have wood casement windows and need to replace the crank operator on a bunch of them. Could you please help me identify a proper replacement. It says Lincoln on the crank. When you open the window in the arm it says "Entry Guard - Truth" and also "R 30842"
