I cannot find a replacement set for my storm door lock. Would you have one in stock? The door is showing EMCO serial no? 5469740.

Is there a more contemporary version that would work instead of 40-057? the distance between top and bottom screws on the handles is 8"

When I purchased my home which was built in 1999, the seller could not locate the keys to the storm door deadbolt lock. I have an Inside Handle that is broken and I need a replacement. You can see in the photo where the latch is cracked at the pivot pin. It is similar to Model 40-150 except is has a lock. I went to Home Depot and they were able to see your name on the handle. They went on the website and recommended 40-039 for keyed deadbolt and 40-150 for the white inside handle. Hello, The whole mechanism is broken. Door handle and deadbolt. I'd like your help replacing all of it if possible, in black. The width of the interior lock is 1 1/4" (versus 1 5/16") The height of the interior portion is 2 5/8" (versus 2 3/4") The distance between screw holes is 1 3/4" (same as your picture). Good evening, I am trying to replace the hardware on this door. Prefer something black or brushed nickel. I can't find anything that resembles this without the lock. Do you have any suggestions? Christina

Says Wartian Co. under handle. Middle hole where outside handle passes through has metal "cylander" that says "Pat Pend DDBL1200" This is from a jalousie door from 1990.(photo)

I need the keyed deadbolt for a Larson screened storm door. It has a brushed bronze outer key part, and the inside lock resembles the 40-039 replacement part. Per photos attached, I have the same door handle/deadbolt as the one in this thread, but my thumb button broke off. I was told by the door salesman that the entire handle would need to be replaced. These latches are from interior storm windows on a large set of iron entry doors. The pin that inserts into the door frame and holds the window closed has broken off on several of them. Any help would be amazing!
