This is a PADO lock body installed in Larson storm door. Is your item 40-198 the replacement? The finish l need is bright brass faceplate.

My Pella storm door needs a replacement mortice latch after 20 years of use. Please help me with the correct part number for the complete latch with handle. Screw holes on the main plate are 7 inches apart. I can't find anything that lines up with this.

Can no longer tighten handle. Lock and key work fine but the handle is very loose and won't stay in so I had to tape it. I see it's a Pado product but I don't see an item or model number. Help please

I don't need ths exactly, but I need the design so that the handle clears the door fram when it closes. The flat part on top is the clearance needed to close the door. Any suggestions are appreciated.

This door ,is I believe, original to this condo built in 1998. The screw spacing on handle sides of door is 6 5/8" apart. The spacing on lockset (narrow edge of this 1 1/2" thick aluminum door) is 6 15/16" apart.

I have the same door and hardware as pictured above. Original hardware was stapled "Wright" on one of the plates. The "Complete Mortise Lockset, Brass 40-04" fit just fine. Attached below is a screen door handle which I need to replace and I cannot find anywhere. I was told you would be able to help and it would be greatly appreciated. The measurement from the top screw to the bottom screw is 6-3/4".

I need to replace the Latch/Lock set. The Brass face is 7 11/16 top to bottom by 13/16 wide, with screw holes 6 7/8 center to center. Hello, this is an old storm door made by Cole Sewell, but in great condition. There is no key for this lock and as you can see, could use updated cleaner hardware. I have an Emco single lite storm door circa 1997-2003. I'm in need of a lockset for said door. The hole placement on the aluminum door outside/inside face is 6 3/4". The jam side hole placement is 6 15/16". Will your 40-049 lockset fit this door?
