If I order two (2) of the 40-049 mortise locksets can they be keyed alike? what type of keyway is used? as I have the ability to rekey certain brands if you cannot supply the locks keyed alike Thank you JG

Need to replace door handle

Can't find any names, numbers or markings. While the 40-198 appears to be a good match for the latch, My handles (distance between twoo mounting screws are not same as your 40-199- mine are 6 5/8"

I currently have a EMCO Storm Door with a PADO lock which I will like to replace. The lock is very old and I don't have any numbers. I will attach a photo. Do you have any suggestions for what can be used. Thank you.

Storm door handle, mortice, everything needs replacement (mortice and handle). I think it says "emtek" on the inside of the door plate. Measurements are almost 8" tall, 7" between holes for screws, 13/16" wide. Pictures attached. I don't know what to order. Thank you

Can you identify what mortise lock kit I need to purchase to replace this storm door lock. There is no door model ID info located anywhere on the door or frame. The plate on the side of the door measures 7 5/8" and the distance between the top and bottom screws on that plate is 7" ... (cont.)
