40-049 Complete Mortise Lockset, Brass

I am trying to find replacement locks for my two Larsen storm doors. I enclose the pictures of said locks as well as the serial number for the door which is 36 in wide. Hoping to hear from you soon. Thank you!

The one I have looks like the 40-194 but there are a couple of subtle differences. Attached photo has arrows pointing to them. Is the 40-194 the right part? The door is older, it was pretty new when we bought the house in 2005.

We need a washer or bushing replacement for the above storm door handle. The inside handle has a clear plastic 3-D washer between the handle and escutcheon. At the handle it is round/flat and then inserts into the escutcheon as a square. Do you have a replacement for this washer/bushing? Please see ... (cont.)

I have a Cole sewell storm door registration# 101400945340407. Looking for locking mechanism/handle.also replacement screen

We have a storm door with a 322 handle and the internal spring is dead. The handle and catch do not return to the out position without manually manipulation. The side also has a word Jurasco on it. I just want to make sure I get the proper lockset.

My roommate is trying to fix the handle. It keeps falling off. We keep sticking it back on. Is there a way to fix it. I will post pics of handle. Thanks so much
