The Allen wrench screw is stripped, and unable to tighten. The inside handle keeps falling off. We need a replacement. The warranty sticker is unable to be fully read but looks something like 91335.35K101005Bob

I need a handle set for my door. I already tried the 82-400, but it was too thick for my door. What do you think?

I?m looking to replace the hardware for my storm door. There was no key when I bought the house and recently the handles fell off. Length is a little over 7 in for the plate and 6.5 between screws, same both inside and out. The side plate is 7.5

This is the lock latch that I need. It is 7 inches long and an inch wide. I do have the door registration number but you said that wasn't necessary. Need to replace old PADO LATTAO mortise lock on my storm door. Lenght between two screws is 6 1/2", width is 1" and the total lenght is 7". Can I use your product Swisco Mortise Lock 40-049 to replace Pado Lattao.
