40-049 Complete Mortise Lockset, Brass

I need the whole door unit. The outside plate is 7 & 7/16ths long. Would like chrome plated. I've attached pictures.

Door is very thin, also lock body face plate looks Tappered

Please help with replacement handle hardware. Internal mechanism has 0894 and says made in Brazil. On the facing is PADO and LATAO. All brass. No other components have writing.

I have a lock that needs replacing, 6" 15/16 center to center hole on lock side and 7" center to center inside

No brand name, latch is gone. Would like to see what options are available and what finishes are available. Thank you, Dan

The handles on my very old PADO storm door came apart. I can push them back together but they loosen up. The plastic "sockets" that appear to secure them in place don't seem to be holding them in tight. Is there something to replace them, or do I need to replace everything. What do you recommend me ... This is an older Larson security door looks as though that Locke would work for it. Just wanted to make sure need a new handle.

The existing mortise lock is worn out and needs to be replaced. The mortise lock matches the 40-194 dimensions. Do you have a complete lock set to replace all of the existing hardware?

I bought the 40-101 but I have to return it. Attached are the photos of the door handle which is needed. My current door handle must be missing something internally as it's just hanging.

Looking to replace this Pado lock on a screen door, believe it was purchased 1993 from Home Depot. I want to have it changed to a thumb latch so it meets code as I can't have keyed lock on any door going to outside.
