40-058 Lever Handle With Deadbolt Set

Screen door replacement. I am looking for a replacement to my screen door . handle. On the outside it has a handle and a key hole. On the inside it has knob to turn to lock/unlock the door that is aligned with the key hole. At the top there is a tiny handle. I looked for a replacement in local store ... (cont.)

Outside handle 10in inside was told thumb latch. Has PH 8000 printed inside handle

I am looking for a replacement for the latch shown in IMG 2263 as I think that is my problem with this door. I included the other side of the door handle to show you what it connect to. The only marking on the door is HERBST Lazar 1983. Can you help identify a replacement part?

I am looking for an inside storm door latch. The manufacturer is Cmech and I believe it is identified as 14-150 although I could be wrong. Can you provide this part or another brand that will work? Thank you.- Greg

Hi! The storm door and handle set have no markings, and I cannot find this anywhere. Our house was built in 2005. I'd like to find the same one or extremely close to cover any markings left behind.The dead bolt is fine, but will buy if it only comes in a set. Thank you!!!!!

I need to replace my door handle parts that are on the back of my door. The entrance 2 screw holes are 5 1/2 in. apart. The length of the unit is 7 in. The storm door is 21 years old. On my door is a plaque that says Cole Sewell #07100090414 0001. Hope you can help me.

Looks like the best bet is the 40-058. Seems to be the closest in specs. Didn't see any other markings or numbers.

I have a old Cole Sewell glass storm door , # 02239890055 44 . The handle set has finally worn out , appears I can not find this on the Cole Sewell web site . Hi, I cannot find any visible markings/numbers etc. on door or handle hardware. Sorry, unable to remove unit for more photos. It may have come with house when built in 1995 or added later.
