I was recommended the 40152, however it didn't have a lock and key component. Is their a handle you can recommend based on the new photos below.The actual storm door is in great shape, just need a compatible door handle with lock and key if at all possible. Hi the springs are worn out or broken in the interior handle. I need replacement springs or a new handle.

I've uploaded photos of the only door part that has a label. When the door shuts, the outside knob turns, but the door sticks closed. The door does not free unless you pull on it really hard. Maybe worn spindle?

The door handle for my Cole Sewell Estate Storm door fell apart. The spindle separated from both the outside knob and the inside lever. I love my door, but need it to latch. I only lock it with the lock located above the door knob assembly when needed to keep my puppies from being too aggressive ... (cont.)
