40-058 Lever Handle With Deadbolt Set

Can you provide me with this part? This one got broken.

The only name we can find is a sticker on the side of the door (in one of photos above) that says Herbst Lazar 1983 and the letter C. We purchased door in 2005 - possibly from Lowes

I hope that you can see this handle. I have these parts at my house, but these are off my son's home. I installed this storm door some years ago. have a Cole Sewell storm door and the handle is shot. Cannot find the replacement for it. Reg. number on door is 102695947360016 but don't think that will help. Total length is 9 1/2 inches. Hope you can steer me in the right direction. Thanks

Looking for replacement door locks. Inside is pictured below with picture of measurements for holes. Outside has a knob on top and lock with key on bottom.

Key to this is the fact that the springed latch is so far back from the door - help!

What size of spindle does the 40-150 handle take? Are there other options for this handle set for replacement for the 1 1/2 door thickness?

Customer has broken handle as shown. Any replacement parts available? There are no names or markings of any kind on hardware.

I have a 6 year old ProVia storm door (and entry door). The latch on the storm door has now broken a second time -- the interior spring breaks -- it appears to be ProVia model DH232, contemporary curve in brass. Can this set be used as a replacement without the need to redrill holes in storm door? ... (cont.)

White or gold handle is fine. I do not know the brand however it is about 17 years old. I purchased the door with the handle from Dubell Lumber in 2000.
