I am missing the hardware to this lock and handle. The registration number on this door is Colesewell #10079896017 0073 it also says St Paul Mn

I need a new handle....im assuming a an internal spring is shot. Handle just flops down.

It appears that the spring on the inside latch is defective. I am looking for a replacement handle, latch, etc.

Printing on handle is Cmech and is in a EMCO Store In Door Crossbuck Door. Serial number is 0007475366. The part # is the set up guide is 608413 but I cannot find it anywhere. Can you help with identifying this storm door latch/handle. A piece broke off on the inside where it latches to the strike so the door no longer latches closed.

You guys are gods! Handle 40-150 arrived today, took 5 minutes to install, and is a perfect replacement part for the handle on my Emco Forever screen door. Bravo! Need to replace worn inside door handle from Cole Sewell storm door. I see the original part is not made anymore. Would your P/N 40-150 be a suitable replacement? It seems so but I want to make sure before I order.

the pella part number is 34495, but it includes a closer kit which I don't need. I only need the interior handle.

I was able to use your 40-150 inside door handle to fix an Emco Forever door I got from Home Depot about 10 years ago. I had to remove the key stock and reuse it which meant removing the shaft size adaptor in your handle. The original Emco door never set the handle back to its center due to a heavy ... (cont.)
