55-109 25' Rigid Screen Spline

Screen spline. The current stuff is dry rotted and brittle.

Pretty sure it's an anderson screen door 25 or 30 years old.

I am having difficulty getting the rigid flat spline to hold once I roll. I get it to work without the screen. I laid the spline flat as in your video. I rolled on the outside of the channel. Any tips?

Ok I purchased my home it had a screened porch, now I need to replace my screens I've done it a couple of times, but the spline is a hard plastic spline. I need to replace screen on Larson screen door. I'm unable to remove the T spline. I tried uses a flat head screw driver to lift the ends off so I can then pull it out but have not been successful. Is there a trick or a tool to get the T spline out of groove to remove?

I just received my order of 55-109 for an almost 30 year old emco door. I cannot get the spline to seat properly. I thought it could be the no see um screen I was using. It is .013 in diameter. A customer bought in a screen door panel for a Forever View serial # A125914 with flat black spline approx 3/8" wide with two edges see photo attached. Will 59-241 work on this or do you have another product to recommend? Thanks.

Bought your flat spline to replace the screen in 2 Andersen storm doors. Spline seems right but I can't quite get it to fit with replacement sun reflecting screen I bought. I just bought your Paw Proof screen and some 55-109 spline to replace the standard screen in a forever screen door. Although the spline goes in easily with the concave roller tool on a standard screen. I cannot get the Paw proof to go into the groove. Is there a special spline for this screen or a t ... (cont.)
