Good morning, I ordered (2) 39-099 Andersen operators because they had the same arm size as my original at 9", and the same housing. We did not know they would not work on a casement window. In speaking to customer service, the closest alternate option would be the 39-331 / 39-332, but we need a ... (cont.)
