I need a replacement latch for unidentified window

Hi, I need to replace all the tilt latches on these windows. They were installed in 1992. I need both right hand tilt latche, and left hand I believe. I just can't seem to find these in any hardware stores.

2 9/16 long. 1 inch wide. 1.5 inches between screws.
