Window Balance Identification

Hello the only marking on this window balance is 14-3.

Hi, I am looking for replacement part for the channel balance. The length of the channel balance (metal section only) seems to be 15 inches. Channel width is 1/2 inch. Also, do these channel blance only attach to the window frame with the hook, just wondering whether that is sufficient for the windo ... (cont.)
