Need to find this part for both right and left side.

I do not have any info on these. We have 181 apartments that mostly have a different style latch that I have purchased from Swisco.

Pat number 5.139,291. Letter F and number 75. Dimensions 2 5/8 by 11/16 with 3/8 depth. Need in white.

Can you please let me know if you have the lock repacement parts. I know the windows are old. I have been in my house for 19 yrs and probably the windows were installeld 12 years earlier.

I have several broken balances, as well as the tabs for the tilt in sash. I also need three or four of the pins for the balance that attached to the window. I did not have enough room to send pictures of those

The windows are 30 years old possibly Anderson although no sure White w/ dimensions 2 5/8" long 5/8" wide 3/8 approx recess from end from dimension requested above Thank you for you help.

Ok don’t know the manufacturer but it’s a double coil with markings #5.0 35” P5232208 see picture.

Pat Pending 5139291. 2 5/8 x 11/16 x 3/8 has numbers 9D and 75 on underside.

I have a few window latches that need replacement in pairs. The part has the PAT No. 5,139,291 and 10B or 10C. The spring latch is curved on the part that slides in window track.

I’m looking for a set of latches like this.

need both side latches. 2 5/8 x 11/16. it looks like 26-244 or 26-244A but mine is open on the back side and yours has a backing. maybe an upgrade or interchangeable. Thank You
