I have Quaker Manchester double hung windows most of them don't hold theirselves up anymore the plastic pivot pieces are broke and can't find the parts for them

I have to replace window tilt latches on a number of my vinyl windows. I've attached a picture of the current latch and the window sill without the latch installed. The dimensions match the dimensions on your part number 26-244A. Do you think these will fit properly?I bought similar latches from ... (cont.)

Mostly I am looking for replacement pivot bars to match the image.

Hello We recently had the right hand side tilt latch of our PGT windows break. I've attached a picture of the broken piece; and then 4 pictures of the left side latch which is intact and fine. The windows were installed in 2013. Apparently, PGT no longer makes this window and can't provide us with a ... (cont.)

I attached the label of my window and the parts I need. One is the plastic latch and the second piece is the pivot shoe. I think this is the name. I contacted a a wondow store but they could not find the parts. Where may I find these parts? Thank you. Eduardo

Hello. I need help with finding coil balance assembly and pivot bars compatible for my 1997 Simonton Windows. I attached pics of the balance, pivot bar, and model/series label from side of the sash.

I need new tilt clips and locking mechanism. Locking mechanism holes are 2 -1/4" spacing

The latch is on a 47" SH window. You list several. Do I need to measure the existing? Also, if you look at the picture, it shows the spring holder is above the top of the window frame which caused the latch to break. Can the window spring holder be lowered below the window top?
