26-244A Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand

I have a few window latches that need replacement in pairs. The part has the PAT No. 5,139,291 and 10B or 10C. The spring latch is curved on the part that slides in window track.

I’m looking for a set of latches like this.

I need the window tilt latch in the photo. It measures approximately 3 in. I need a left and right and will take two sets if you have them. Thank you so much

On the tilt latch there is a 30L and 34R on the other part I did not see anything. I believe they are wenco windows from like1997 I purchased from Menards.

I need 14 red tip spiral balances. They are 26" tube...3/8" wide tube . Also 6 green tip spiral balances 26" tube 3/8"wide tube . 10 pivot pins . 4 tilt lashes 2.5" long by 5/16 wide . Thank you Jim Schuler

Hello, I have double hung sash windows, circa the 15 years old. The tilt latches need replacing in many of the windows. The parts slide in, snap in easily. i have included ruler scale on the photos. i believe these windows could be Andersen? Thank you for your time.

I need a pair of an unknown brand of Tilt Latchs, with tilt latch finger levers. Attached are photos of the broken one. It has a 2 5/8” housing length, and is 11/16” wide. It has a “75” marked on the housing. The tilt latch finger lever is 1 3/8” by 7/16” deep. ... (cont.)
