26-244A Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand

This double hung window is of unknown manufacture ( about 20 years old ). I need to replace these parts as mentioned above. The screw spacing appears to be 2"1/16 at center of each screw. I hope you can help me! Thanks very much!

I need to fix one side of this single hung window. It tilts in to clean. I got to rough with it and the plastic cracked and broke. Hoping a replacement part exists.

The coil support have "3/8 dual" written on the inside. They don't look broken. I believe the coils broke. They have #6.0 35 Printed on them. I don't know if I should buy coils only and figure out how to assemble them with the support and the pivot shoe, or if I should buy all these pre-assembled a ... (cont.)

Hi, I have several window that need replacement parts for the tilt mechanism. I'm not sure what kind of window there but I think they're mastic. Here's some photos of what's existing. Wondering if you can tell me what I need? Gratefully, Trish

The window tilt latch crumbled and needs to be replaced. The ones you've posted don't seem to have the spring on the bottom. Dimensions are approximately 2 3/4" long, 5/8" wide and about 5/8" high. Measurements are approximate because the parts have crumbled.

I know I need to order new plastic locks. I am unable to find the part that it catches onto. We need to replace a few of them. Could you provide me with the parts list? Any help is appreciated.

These are the window flip locks on the lower sash of alliance double hung windows. I need 8 matching pairs. Thank you

Sash balance. 34" in length. Double-hung window. Lower pane tilts in for cleaning. Need to replace sash balance on left side (and probably right side, too). Not sure what kind of part I need. Thanks for the help!

I need tilt bars and tilt locks for vinyl replacement windows. Photos of the required parts are attached.

The pivot bar is 3" long with a about a 1/4" offset as shown in the pictures. Also, it is about a 1/4" wide and about 3/16" deep excluding the offset.
