We are looking for replacement coil balances they is a number 5 marked on the coil, but the plastic hardware looks more like your #4 The coil has an open end that we did not see on your website. I am trying to figure out the type of pivot shoe i need for my windows. There are no markings, no model numbers, nothing to point me in the right direction. Hi there! Do you know where I can find coils for this? I haven't been able to find them anywhere. Both have snapped in my window. My shoe is nearly identical aside from a hole for where the window goes in. Thanks for your help!
