Hello, I'm hoping you can advise me on what coil balances I need to fix my window. See photos above. The window is a WeatherCraft. It appears the coil balance snapped which is why they are no longer connected. I don't see a weight on the coil balance however, the shoe says H-446. Thank you so much ... (cont.)

My springs broke in my windows. There are springs on each side. I checked your listings and I think my pivot is a 15-141 but I do not see the springs. The photo shows my hardware. Note broken piece and notch. What parts do I need? Thanks Jim

Hi. Our windows are about 24 years old. They are in great shape, but the internal plastic parts have become ridged and break easily. That?s especially a problem with the rotating mechanism that attaches to the coil. Many thanks for and help you can provide!

I have older vinyl windows that have had the coil balances fail. I need to replace these. Some are double coil and others single. There is no service opening to remove these.
