The crank only opens the window an inch, then it "wheels" into emptiness as if it wasn't latching onto the mechanism. truth hardware anderberg mfg

Our clips are starting to break off of our attached window screen to the door. Attached in the picture of what the clip looks like. PPG Herculite K Trempe Tempered CAN/CQSB12.1M RS 6205-1981-A I think that information is correct.

I have the 9.5 inch length old steel casement operators for which you sell the replacement. It seems the mounting screws are metric? In any event I cannot find replacement screws. In Addition I am looking for the clips to hold the screen as well as the window lock. Any help is appreciated!. ... (cont.)

It appears these retainers are (or were) available in different post lengths to accommodate different glass/screen frame thicknesses.

The clasp holding the glass pane onto our storm door is plastic , with I believe a 70-072 hopefully. I'm sending 2 pics along anyway. But is there one made out of metal, the original ones seem to break yearly. Many Thanks and a Happy New Year, Ed

I have Ware windows on a mid 1960s home that I just purchased. I have included a picture and hoping you can help identify the part required to replace. Greetings. I am looking for a part the same size and shape as your part # 70-114. The difference is the screw end has a 1/2" barrel extension that secures a glass panel to the security door frame. Thanks for your help. Marcia

I have window wizards installed Versailles sectioned security door with clips that have a 3/16 hole but am not sure about the offset size because I am not sure where to measure from. Also which is more durable the plastic or metal clips?
