Hi, My sliding door track is bent and the door doesn't open or close easily. Is there replacement part available?

I need to replace a patio door track, please let me know what parts to order for this.

Vynil/plastic spine that the door slides on has broken away from the base track and door can no longer slide. There are no manufacturers markings anywhere to be found. Body is 1" tall, 3-1/16" long, 11/16" wide, and wheels (double) are 1-1/4" diameter, made of metal. Door is a Pella and approximately 18 years old

The plastic/silicone strip I'm looking to replace goes on top of the metal ridge (that the door wheels run along) located in the bottom door track.
