81-018 Sliding Patio Glass Door Tandem Roller

Most of the rollers in your catalog measure the same as ours, however we have a plastic cap on this one. not sure its needed.

Patio door is a very tight fit. The bottom of the wheels, up for installation, need to be no more than .1 inch below the roller frame. Nice dimensioning on the part, everything but the dimension I need. Help please! thanks!

We have Anderson Patio Glass sliding door installed in 1986. Recently. it does not slide smoothly. We probably need to change the rollers. We think there are two rollers (2 wheels each). Please help me to identify the part so I can order two of them. Thanks, Robin

The wheels seem to be old and worn, would like to find a replacement for this and the ones I've seen are cheap and crappy.

Do you have a video or instruction guide on how to install these type rollers and how the door may be removed. It is a Wasco and is on the inside of the house. The screw to adjust the rollers is stripped, so I am trying to replace them. However, the channel that sits inside the bottom of the door is cracked and could stand to be replaced as well.
