Hi, I have purchase from you 14 new Tandem Rollers and this is wrong parts, please let me know how we can exchange for the correct parts, pictures attached.

One question is how can I remove the roller? I removed the screw from roller and tried to removed it but did not budge. It does not look like the height adjust screw needs to be removed. I have norandex sliding glass doors. These are the rollers I need. I believe your item 81-133 is a match. I'm wondering if you can confirm that. Also wondering if you carry the sealing strips that adhere to the bottom of the doors. Thanks.

I was able to push this roller down far enough to photograph it. I cannot get the door itself up and over the track to remove the door and roller. It is about 2 3/8 to 2 1/2" long and is similar to but not exactly same as 81-133. That one is missing the groove in the back. Any ideas? ... (cont.)

I have a sliding patio screen that has 2 weatherstrip / bug barriers at the bottom. It is not clear how to replace them. 2. 1/2 x 1 9/16, 31/32 wide at end, 3/8 " wide roller x 1 11/16. no id on pictured roller. No id on doors installed in 2001.

how do you replace the weather stripping on the sliding doors?

Cannot get the old ones out, is there some trick? Pull on that thing for half an hour.
