82-003 Sliding Door Handle Set, 3-15/16"

Door latch does not engage to keeper to lock door. Leaver does not rotate completely to lock door the latch is not log enough. Please helppp.

We have recieved order of 82-033 but does not include a locking mechanism. I will try to senders pics. We need the part that is shown on the door frame that locks it . the handle broke and I need a replacement. After reviewing previous posts, it appears that your part number 82-003 is the correct replacement.
