82-211 Mortise Latch & Keeper, 3/4" Wide

I am needing a new lock for my sliding patio door. Please look at my pictures and let me know which lock I need. I think it is the replacement lock #82-211, but I am not sure. Please advise.

does the 82-211 lock have a spring load to it or does it come from the handle 82-033

I think those are the parts I need. The handle has 3 15/16 centers. The mortise latch is 3/4 wide.

Does the handle come in a kit that includes the lock and turn lever ? I am replacing one that all the parts are missing.
