My patio door handle locking mechanism is broken. Looking for a replacement door handle assembly. The patio door is installed by Patio Enclosures Inc., more than 10 years ago.

looking at your product 82-211 mortise lock , can you tell me does it matter if the hook is down in your picture or hooks up? My current hooks up and wonder if it was installed wrong ? Thank you for your help on this.

Hi, I have a patio door latch that will not stay in the up position- which automatically locks the door. I believe I would just need to replace the mortise lock.

I have a Hurd Sliding Door made after 1993. I attached a photo of the mortise lock and the handle plate brace. The handle and lock on handle appear ok, but I believe the mortise lock is broke. Is 82-211 the best replacement? The lock is 3/4 inch thick. Thank you!
