The locking mechanism doesn't work. the lock lever is loose and doesn't do anything. I would like to replace this (the whole thing if necessary) with something more durable that works. Recently broke the interior door handle for my sliding glass doors. The exterior handle is fine, as is the latching switch. Not sure what kind of door I have, but the logo on the handle was SWS.
