I need a new sliding glass door handlwset w a keylock

I'm looking for (2) latches (lock asm and cast escutcheon) and striker stampings (door frame part). Door glass says CTG Tempered, 16 CFR1201 II, SGCC 1804 1/8 U. Latch has 537-45 on it. Might be interested in new handles in black.

Attached are the photos of the lock that needs replacing. It was made by Sash Controls of Ferndale, Mi.

I would need 2 sets of these if you have them. Home Depot and Menards didn't have anything even close to this hardware. It's for my mom's house. She would like brass if possible.

The furthest dimension is 5 1/4". The next dimension is 3 5/8" I need the lock handle to be horizontal or 90° when unlocked vertical when locked.

this is a mortise lock adapter that measures 6.5" long by 1.00" wide. The face plate mounting holes are 5.5" apart.
