Windows are 45 years old, found this in one window missing other. only three windows small condo. All windows do not slide without a lot of effort. Found no name window company yet. Thanks Tommy

I am looking for roller assembly for 22 year old Masterview windows. Single 1/2 roller, plastic housing. 1" long X 7/8 tall X 1/4 wide. Can you help? Tabs are broken off the top of the assembly on the roller in the pic

We are trying to locate replacements for some worn out Masterview window rollers. I have attached photos with measurements. They are badly worn and may have part of housing worn off.

1 inch long by about 5/16 " in plastic case roller appears to be steel rolling on a pin. No numbers or name on roller or windows. Windows are original to house built in 1996. Maybe a substitute would work.

it seems the plastic base that stops the rollers from pushing up into the window frame have broken off. is the 87-147 the proper wheels for this? thanks!

So, today ordering 8 of these from Swisco. Is there an easy way that you know of to get The Originals out of the window frame? The window is new in 1986 and trash because of the weather and heat in Phoenix. I basically had to put a screwdriver in there and pry them out. Any other recommendations? It ... (cont.)

I have windows that will no slide. The lock mechanism says "Superlite" but there is no other labeling on the window. Attached is a picture of the broken pieces I removed. Thanks, Johnny
