Hi there I need 3 of these and I'm having trouble finding them. Hopefully you recognize them. It looks like they connect to a center channel (no screws)

Blank where wheel could be for the 87-162?
Why is there a blank where an paired wheel could be installed? Do larger windows require both wheel locations be populated with steel wheels?

Sorry - no markings. These are in a residential aluminum window about 30 years old.
Looking to find replacements for either the truck assembly or just the snap-in rollers.

How do you replace this roller?
I've been searching all over for these rollers. I have one question and that is how do you replace them? They appear to slide into a channel in the window. I removed the screw in the channel but they are pinned in by 'bends' in the channel. How do I get them out and put the new ones in. I've at ... (cont.)

A different size weather stripping
I recently purchased your sliding window rollers #87-162 and felt weather stipping # 58002. I chose that size felt stripping only because the the bottom of the roller page suggested to use that item number felt stipping. Since this is my 35 year old rental house, I was not able to get the exact dime ... (cont.)

Are the rollers on the top of the window necessary?
Finally! I think you have the rollers for my 35 year old slider windows I have been looking for (87-162)! There seems to be a set of rollers on top and the bottom. Are the top rollers needed or are they there if you turn the window upside down to use in the other direction upon installation. I don't ... (cont.)
