89-003 Patio Door Lock Keeper, 3/4" Wide

Have what I suspect is an old HD slider door, +/-10 years old. Looks like about 2" thick, white, handle holes about 4" on center? Which parts do you recommend?

im from margate tenanats corp. I would like to know if I send you guys a picture would you be able to help me identify the locks and possibly order them. Here are the photos.

Do you have a keeper with the same dimentions as the 89-003 keeper that has a slot on top, for drop down lock lever?
