According to MI Windows, these windows are MI 455 Alum.Vinyl Single Hung.

I did order item # 90-063 but it did not fit because the piece that swivels and locks the window sticks out about 5/8" and it needs to be flat.

I have some windows with broken latches and unable to find replacements. One is Krestmark and the other looks like the number 13?

I90-005 is little bit more deeper tha n the champion. It do not fit in the window

our house was built in Texas, 1991 the attached picture / latch looks like a cast aluminum? the inside has the state of Texas cast into the underside. thanks Emilio

Need a replacement lock for one window only (break in). It appears to be bronze metal. No identifiers. 2 1/4 of screws.

The screws are 2 1/4" apart from centers. I am missing several of the swing latchs and the two washer type parts that go with them. I also included some pics of how dirty the sills get.
