What is the difference between 90-005 and 90-009 window locks? They look like the same.Thank you.

Are these locks (90-005 and 90-009) metal or plastic? The ones I am replacing are molded plastic (many are broken), and I was hoping these were aluminum or something harder than plastic.Thank you.

Do you sell the keeper for 90-005?

I ordered the window locks 90-005 and they are the correct size. I failed to order the keepers to go with them. The old keepers do not work with the new locks. Can you help me get the correct ones ordered?

Bathroom Hopper window

Looking to replace 2 latches for a bathroom hopper window

Jacobson is the manufacturer. They're aluminum and the house is in Florida.

It's a 3/8" balance. Full window is 64 on outside by 35" wide. Each sash would be 32"H x 35"W. I'm assuming it's a 32" balance. Have bought from you more than once.

Provia storm door window latch

The lever to lock and unlock the sliding windows is broken. I need to replace the latch (or lock). The latch is 2 1/8" wide. The screws are approximately 1 3/4" apart. This is to a storm door.
