What is the difference between 90-005 and 90-009 window locks? They look like the same.Thank you.

Are these locks (90-005 and 90-009) metal or plastic? The ones I am replacing are molded plastic (many are broken), and I was hoping these were aluminum or something harder than plastic.Thank you.

Do you sell the keeper for 90-005?

I ordered the window locks 90-005 and they are the correct size. I failed to order the keepers to go with them. The old keepers do not work with the new locks. Can you help me get the correct ones ordered?

balancer and sash lock

channel balancers are all 31 inches long, plain balances (?), for tilt-in single hung bottom window sashes only marking on them is "31B BSI TH" windows all have a sticker on the sash frame "Astoria-300V Single Hung" I also need new sweep locks for every window I have more pics I can send if needed ... Iron entry door glass panel latch

Looking to replace 2 of the 3, of these latches for the large glass pane of an iron entry door. The latches allow for the glass portion of the door to swing open inside the house for cleaning.

Window part

When I want to tilt the window out to clean it or remove the screen, I push the slider, a tab comes out of the spiral balance channel and allows the window to tilt inwards toward me.

This is a window latch, it is only one part, that sits on top of one window frame and latches undernearth the other window frame. I hope you can help find some.

Sash Window Thumb Latch/Lock

Mounted on top edge of lower sash frame. The "latch tab" pivots out of the housing to engage under a extruded "lip" on the frame of the upper sash to lock.
